We will send you an email when your Support Maintenance is about to expire to give you the chance to renew.

Upgrading your Support Maintenance.
We have set up a purchase page to extend your Support Maintenance agreement for a period of a year. This is only available for customers that are currently non-expired. That means an active maintenance agreement. If you have already expired, you will need to purchase the product upgrade to receive another year of Support Maintenance, which includes updates and upgrades.
